Obtain sample by inserting lubed fecal stick into dogs rectum, once you have done that take the sample to the lab. Put together the fecalizer by insert the white bottom to the clear cylinder. Make sure they fit tightly, only one end of cylinder does. If they dont your sample will leak from the bottom. Once the fecalizer is assembled, add a small amount of fecal solution and insert fecal lube into it. Get enough of the sample into the fecalizer and throw lube into fecal bucket. Then place the strainer into fecalizer. Fill it up the rest of the way with the solution until it has a bubble on the top. Place microscope slide on the top, write time and animal's name on paper and place next to sample. Read in ten minutes.
